Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and managing electronic dental records. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a professional environment within our dental office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain electronic dental records efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
  • Operate phone systems, texts and emails and direct them appropriately.
  • Utilize software systems such as TRACKER for patient management and record keeping.
  • Support dental reception duties, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patients.
  • Maintain organized office files and documentation in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with team to facilitate effective communication within the office.

Requirements:

  • Previous 1-2 years experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in electronic dental records management systems.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks, including scheduling and patient management.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous.
  • Experience with phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
