Job Title: SAP HR/Payroll Solution Architect

Experience Level: Senior

Anticipated Duration (weeks): 52 weeks

The resource will be required to work 2-3 days on-site at 250 Bloor Street East, with remaining days remote. This schedule may change based on project requirements.

Mandatory Skills and Certifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of SAP Payroll, HR, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management with Canadian Payroll experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years developing HR/Payroll solution architecture for end-to-end business solutions with SuccessFactors, BusinessSuite on HANA and S/4HANA using Dell Boomi integration
  • Certification in SAP ECC 6.0 or higher with Human Resources
  • Certification with SuccessFactors Employee Central. SuccessFactor Employee Central Payroll would be an asset.
  • Experience implementing SAP HR/Payroll including the Canadian public sector payroll schema for a unionized environment.
  • Expert knowledge (end-user and configuration) of SAP HR/Payroll including payroll wage types, features, schemas and rules, 3rd party payments, tax reporting, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HR on-premise Business Suite payroll configuration
  • Experience with Dell Boomi integration between SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and BusinessSuite on HANA HR/Payroll info types including mapping rules and trouble-shooting business issues
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Expert knowledge integrating SAP Payroll with non-SAP systems including costing systems, time systems, and work management (maintenance) systems
  • Experience with data migration from legacy systems to SAP including, data transformation and cleansing from source to target in multiple projects
  • Experience integration Payroll to SAP S/4HANA posting to Finance and experience working with the HR Mini Master
  • Professional HR designation is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and documentation skills with solution architecture, solution design to-be documents and other typical project implementation artefacts
  • Transit agency experience is an asset
