Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced
SAP Business Process & Technology (BPT) Consultant specializing in the HR domain
to join our enterprise HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have over 10+ years of experience in
SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
and
HR process transformation
within the
banking or financial services sector
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR process design and transformation
    projects across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent, and Compensation domains.
  • Act as the SAP BPT Subject Matter Expert (SME)
    – translate HR business requirements into SAP technical and functional solutions.
  • Oversee
    end-to-end implementation
    ,
    configuration
    ,
    testing
    , and
    support
    of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Talent, and Compensation).
  • Collaborate with
    HR business partners, COEs, IT teams, and global vendors
    to deliver HR solutions that align with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
  • Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and system design documentation
    to ensure system configuration supports business objectives.
  • Manage
    HR technology projects
    – develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks/issues, and ensure compliance with banking standards (e.g., SOX, OSFI, GDPR, PII).
  • Integrate
    SAP HR systems with payroll, finance, and compliance systems
    within the banking environment.
  • Provide
    post-implementation support
    – troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancements, and continuously improve system usability and automation.
  • Support
    HR analytics and reporting
    , ensuring data integrity and availability for workforce insights and regulatory reporting.
  • Mentor junior consultants, ensure knowledge transfer, and establish governance around HR technology change management.

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • SAP HCM Modules:
    Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Compensation Management.
  • SAP SuccessFactors:
    Employee Central, EC Payroll, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Recruiting modules.
  • Integration Tools:
    SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, or middleware experience for HR-Finance integrations.
  • Process Knowledge:
    HR life cycle management, payroll compliance, banking workforce governance, and employee master data management.
  • Analytics:
    Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, or other HR reporting tools.
