Pre-Sales Solutions Architect – AI & Data
who can lead client conversations, own solutioning, and win deals through a strong consultative approach.
Role Overview
As a
Pre-Sales Solutions Architect
, you will partner with sales, delivery, and executive leadership to drive technical discovery, create proposals, run demo sessions, and guide clients on AI/ML and Generative AI adoption.
You will be the trusted advisor in pre-sales engagements and play a key role in
closing new AI consulting engagements
.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement / Pre-Sales
- Lead pre-sales conversations with enterprise clients (C-level, VP, Directors).
- Conduct technical discovery workshops to understand business pain points and use cases.
- Translate client needs into architecture options, roadmaps, and solution proposals.
- Create RFP/RFI responses, proposals, SOWs, and pricing models.
- Run demos or PoCs for Generative AI / LLM-based solutions.
Solutioning
- Architect end-to-end AI/ML & Generative AI solutions using cloud and modern data stacks.
- Recommend appropriate AI models, tech stack, data governance and security considerations.
- Collaborate with engineering/delivery teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposals.
Thought Leadership
- Educate customers on GenAI use cases, emerging trends, and ROI justification.
- Represent Chabez Tech at client presentations, conferences, and webinars.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in
AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics
, including at least 3+ years in pre-sales or client-facing solutioning roles. - Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms:
AWS / Azure / GCP
. - Experience building proposal decks, SOWs, and pricing models.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT consulting or technology services pre-sales.
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, enterprise AI architecture, and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
- Ability to lead customer design sessions and win stakeholder confidence.
