The Opportunity

As a Solutions Architect, you design and oversee intelligent automation solutions that are scalable, secure, and built for long-term value. You shape architecture across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployments, guiding clients through technical decisions and ensuring delivery is grounded in best practices. You'll serve as a trusted advisor in both delivery and pre-sales, lead infrastructure setup across environments, and contribute to internal accelerators that raise the bar for every project.

What You'll Do?

Architect Scalable, Integrated Solutions 

• Design intelligent automation architectures that bring together RPA (e.g., UiPath), APIs, databases, and third-party systems
• Lead technical solutioning across deployments, whether cloud, on-prem, or hybrid
• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed UiPath solution designs, including process documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment models.
• Build and maintain reusable UiPath components, libraries, templates, and orchestrator assets to accelerate delivery and promote standardization.
• Architect complex UiPath deployments, including multi-node orchestrator setups, high-availability configurations, and hybrid (cloud/on-prem) solutions.

Engineer & Manage the Right Foundation 

• Configure and support UiPath environments across development, testing, staging, and production, ensuring stability and performance.
• Implement and manage UiPath Orchestrator, Robot infrastructure, and supporting services (e.g., SQL Server, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Active Directory).
• Navigate client environments confidently, including Linux systems, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), and virtualized networks.
• Leverage infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to manage scalable UiPath infrastructure deployments securely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure secure and reliable architecture design, user access, and deployment pipelines.

Advise, Educate & Partner On UiPath Strategies 

• Act as the technical lead in client conversations, providing expert advice on UiPath architecture, infrastructure, security, and delivery models.
• Support pre-sales solutioning efforts by building and providing demos, contributing to effort estimates, technical solution documents, and proposal content
• Work closely with PMs and BAs to align on solution scope and integration touchpoints
• Educate/client CoEs on UiPath platform governance, deployment strategy, tenancy models, security configurations, and scalability planning.

Lead from the Front & Drive Innovation 

• Act as technical lead across delivery accounts, driving standardization, quality, and innovation. 
• Mentor developers, lead code and solution reviews, and support team upskilling through internal knowledge-sharing sessions and internal forums.
• Contribute to internal UiPath accelerators, best practice repositories, and reusable frameworks that improve delivery maturity. Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging features in the UiPath ecosystem (e.g., AI Center, Test Suite, Automation Cloud) and related tools to evolve our solution offerings.
• Continuously evaluate and experiment with emerging technologies in automation, integration, and AI to keep our solutions future-ready

What You Bring 

You bring a rare mix of deep technical capability and consultative presence. You've architected enterprise automation solutions, operated in cloud and hybrid environments, and know how to translate complexity into clear, actionable plans. You've worked with platforms like UiPath, understand infrastructure-as-code, and thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments. 

You likely bring: 

• 6+ years in intelligent automation, systems architecture, or infrastructure engineering
• Strong experience with UiPath or similar RPA platforms
• UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer & Infrastructure Engineer Professional Certification – Automation Suite) preferred.
• Technical fluency across scripting, Linux, databases, APIs, and orchestration
• Hands-on with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or related IaC platforms
• Confident communicator with strong client engagement and advisory skills
• A passion for scalable design, reusability, and driving continuous improvement
