Event Ticket Sales Manager

We're looking for an experienced Event Ticket Sales Manager to help us scale ticket sales for our upcoming Workplace Leadership Conference, taking place in Toronto on May 23rd, 2026.

This is a results-driven contract role ideal for someone who thrives in B2B sales, partnerships, and corporate outreach.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Event Ticket Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for selling group ticket packages to organizations, HR leaders, people managers, and corporate teams interested in leadership and workplace development.

You'll focus on identifying prospects, pitching the value of the conference, and closing organizational ticket purchases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell conference tickets to organizations and corporate teams
  • Promote discounted group ticket packages (6 tickets per organization)
  • Prospect and reach out to HR leaders, Learning & Development Teams, founders, and executives
  • Manage outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and partnerships
  • Track leads and report on sales progress

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Proven experience in ticket sales, event sales, or B2B sales
  • Strong network within HR, corporate, or leadership communities (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Results-focused with a strong closing mindset

DURATION
: January to April 2026

COMPENSATION
:

You will be paid:

  • CAD 8,000 if you get 20 organizations to buy 6 tickets each at the rate of CAD 397,

  • CAD 4,000 if you get 10 organizations to buy 6 tickets each at the rate of CAD 397,

  • CAD 2,000 if you get 5 organizations to buy 6 tickets each at the rate of CAD 397.
