The Opportunity

As a Pop-Up Events Assistant, you'll be on the front line of our live campaigns, helping bring well-known brands and essential services to life across the Greater Vancouver area. From setting up vibrant pop-up displays to engaging with customers on-site, you'll help turn curiosity into connection — and conversations into results.

Every day is different. One day you might be chatting with shoppers at a busy retail activation, the next helping manage an outdoor promotional stand or community event. If you love variety, people, and bringing great energy to your work, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and engage with customers at pop-up events and retail activations

  • Share product knowledge and explain benefits in a clear, friendly way

  • Create positive, memorable interactions that reflect the client's brand

  • Support event setup, teardown, and overall presentation

  • Track activity and customer feedback to support campaign goals

  • Work closely with teammates to create a fun, motivated event environment

What You Bring

  • A confident, outgoing personality and a genuine love for people

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Experience in events, promotions, hospitality, or retail is a bonus
