About Us

We are an innovative events company specializing in creating memorable experiences behind every successful event is a team that ensures our equipment, décor, and supplies are prepared, organized, and ready to go. We're looking for a reliable and energetic Warehouse Team Member to join our operations team and help bring events to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and maintain event equipment, décor, furniture, and supplies in the warehouse
  • Assist with pulling and preparing items for upcoming events according to packing lists
  • Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring items are handled with care
  • Perform quality checks to confirm items are clean, functional, and event-ready
  • Support the team with deliveries, event set-ups, and tear-downs as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assist with basic inventory management, including restocking and tracking assets

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or events experience preferred (but not required—we provide training)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to adapt to event schedules
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a box truck (a plus, but not required)
