ESSENTIAL
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring all service standards are followed and exceeded.

Day to day responsibility for delivering the highest level of
service possible in a timely manner in the Restaurant and Patio (seasonal)
areas, to ensure complete member satisfaction.

Day to day responsibility for maintaining and ensuring cleanliness
of the restaurant, patios, and bar lounge areas, and assisting F&B team with
delivery of kitchen orders and/ or accommodating special events.

Following all opening and closing procedures

Performing other relevant duties as assigned by the Food and
Beverage management team


REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

Accountability: Can be counted on to meet job
performance expectations; completes works assignments thoroughly, accurately,
on time and with good quality.

Customer orientation: Capacity to identify and respond
appropriately to the needs of either internal or external customers;
understands the importance of good customer relations.

Initiative: Self-starter who willingly works without being asked
or waits for instructions, offers suggestions for improvements.

Interpersonal skills: Ability to work harmoniously with others;
skilled at perceiving and reacting empathetically to the needs of others.

Team orientation: Demonstrates supportive and helpful
behaviours towards fellow team members.

Minimum 1-2 years' Food and Beverage experience

·
Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well under
pressure

·
Wine and Beer knowledge

·
Well groomed, co-operative, reliable, and team driven

·
Flexible- Able to work shifts – days, evenings, weekends, and
holidays

·
Serving it right certificate
