Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, test, and implement system upgrades to enhance performance and ensure high availability
  • Maintain and optimize enterprise-level systems and networks, ensuring seamless operations
  • Enforce robust security measures to protect client data and mitigate potential threats
  • Utilize Azure for cloud services and manage Hybrid Azure AD for integration of on-premises and cloud directories
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems, providing expert-level support.
  • Manage critical IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (substantial experience may substitute for formal education)
  • 5-7 years of experience in system administration, specifically managing enterprise-level systems and networks
  • Proficiency in multiple operating systems, including Windows Server, Linux, and UNIX
  • Strong experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, and familiarity with networking protocols
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as Microsoft O365/Azure Role-Based Certifications, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), are preferred

Pay Rate: $90-120k/year
