We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ,bilingual Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our property. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality cleaning, ensuring that our environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests and maintaining operational efficiency within the housekeeping department.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to standard.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Address guest inquiries or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel or facility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality and cleaning standards.
