Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every visitor experiences comfort and satisfaction. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to our reputation for exceptional service and hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform housekeeping duties, by cleaning hotel rooms including making bed, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the windows, scouring bathrooms, changing sheets and towels, managing laundry, and keeping the place neat and tidy
  • Clean, disinfect, and store all cleaning equipment at the end of their shift
  • Fulfill all cleaning requirements of the employer
  • Promptly respond to guests needs
  • Inform the employer if any accidents or problems occur while performing cleaning services.
  • Work closely with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor.

Skills

  • Proven experience in cleaning within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and chemical handling procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and interact professionally with guests.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required. Pay: $17.85-$18.50 per hour
