The Opportunity

Oberizon Homes specializes in building luxury homes, dental clinics, medical units, and providing high-quality renovation services. We are passionate about creating exceptional spaces and delivering excellence in every project we undertake. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven salesperson to join our team and help grow our client base.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities in the luxury residential and commercial construction sectors (homes, clinics, and renovations).

  • Present and demonstrate our capabilities in luxury home construction, clinic/medical unit construction, and renovations.

  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

  • Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity in the construction and renovation industries.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong ability to identify and convert leads into successful sales.

  • Knowledge of luxury construction, medical units, and renovation markets is a plus.

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
