Welcome We are an interdisciplinary neuro-optometry clinic located in Etobicoke, Ontario. At Elite Vision Therapy Centre we are proud to deliver industry-leading eye care to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on pediatrics and rehabilitation. We strive to provide our patients an outstanding eye care experience from start to finish whether it be through comprehensive eye examinations or our more specialized services. We strongly believe in educating our patients on the overall health and well-being of their eyes.

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. We are hoping to find someone who is great at multi-tasking, is a team player, has fantastic communication skills, and is committed to building meaningful relationships with patients of all ages. Our ideal candidate must be extremely friendly, organized, customer-service orientated, energetic, self-motivated, proficient with computers (will be trained on our EMR system), is a reliable individual, and has flexible hours (as we are open one evening & Saturdays).

Our ideal candidate would be an individual with experience in Reception/Administration, specifically in an optometry, optical or some type of medical environment but is not necessary as we are willing to provide training.

Main Duties will include but are not limited to:

Answering phones

Checking voicemails

Answering emails

Greeting patients and checking them into the computer

Delivering exceptional patient care and customer-service

Scheduling appointments and Appointment reminder calls

Basic cashier duties (taking payment, printing invoices etc.)

OHIP billing

Maintaining Patient charts

Assisting with smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic
