THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Manager, HRIM, Process Optimizations, you will support to continuously improve the effectiveness of people support and people information processes by partnering cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities. THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager, HRIM, Process Optimization you will lead the team to:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Support in identifying and prioritizing the highest value investments to effectively support business needs
- Manage end-to-end projects from large scale automations to system improvements, coordinating resources, timelines, and outcomes
- Define business requirements in partnership with the People Technology team to ensure solutions meet operational and user needs
- Design and implement workflows that streamline processes and enhance service delivery
- Test and validate people information and people support efforts to meet or enhance quality standards
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager, HRIM, Process Optimization has:
- Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in Human Resources / HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of HR systems / platforms
- Certifications in Project Management and Process Improvement (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
- Relevant Operational Excellence certifications
- A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
- The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
- A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value
- An enthusiastic approach to taking on new opportunities and challenges
- A commitment to navigating our internal operations to achieve the best team and business results
- A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. We are always looking for top talent. If your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final agreed upon salary may be adjusted to reflect your individual qualifications.
