Role: The Marketing Communication Specialist reports to the Manager, Marketing Communications and works closely with our content, demand generation and global growth teams. The candidate will lead and execute Tier 2 and 3 (smaller scaled) marketing activities while supporting all Tier 1 (large) global campaigns. This includes content distribution and repurposing plans, international marketing communications support and overall brand and content operations. 

Your Day with Equisoft:   

  • Use Canva and other tools to design images and videos for social media, websites and paid ads campaigns. Most will have a template to use.   

  • Use the CMS to maintain company website content, ensuring accuracy of site content and quality control 

  • Build landing pages related to on-going campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, accurate messaging, and overall great user experience 

  • Support PR efforts and manage awards calendars and submissions 

  • Manage all translation and QA needs. Deliver the French/Spanish assets including landing pages, articles, digital ads, brochures, etc.  

  • Support HR with internal marketing communication needs, including employer brand assets.  

  • Ensure all elements are aligned with brand guidelines and optimize quality control.  

  • Work closely with the Manager, Marketing Communications, to help create, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns. 

  • Coordinate and manage high level budgets and invoices in relationship with vendors 

  • Own social media calendar and track KPI's

  • Track campaign and channel performance and report on key metrics (e.g. thought leadership content, Accelerate webinar, Life Accelerated podcast, LinkedIn, etc.) 

  • Handle general administrative work and other duties as required 

Requirements:  

Technical

  • University Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business Development preferred)

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge with Canva and/or Adobe design application – Illustrator, InDesign and/or Photoshop.  

  • Strong capability to manage Content Management System (CMS) like craft, WordPress, Marketo, etc. 

  • Experience in managing Professional LinkedIn page and social media accounts

  • Strong organization and project management skills. Able to manage multiple assignments at once and meet tight deadlines.  

  • Experience with Asana, or any other project management tool  

  • Experience hosting Webinars

  • Experience with basic video creation and editing

  • Knowledge of the French & English Language (spoken and written)
