Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation & Design page is loaded## Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation & Designlocations: Burlington, ON: Montréal, QCtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR9209## Time Type:Regular## Job Description :**Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation & Design**The Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation & Design is a highly skilled professional responsible for the building automations, implementation, and optimization of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, bringing expertise to drive in delivering high-quality campaigns and achieving business objectives.Key Responsibilities:● Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise across the Salesforce MarketingCloud suite, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio,Content Builder and Personalization. Demonstrate proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and APIdevelopment for advanced customization and integration.● Solution Design: Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions that meetbusiness needs and align with industry best practices. This includes integratingSalesforce Marketing Cloud with other critical systems. Ability to design, code and deploySFMC preference center and API connections.● Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the platform,ensuring high availability and responsiveness.● Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effectivesolutions.● Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, andrecommend innovative solutions to enhance the platform's capabilities.● Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve team processes,workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field● 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud● Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices● Experience with data management, integration, and API development● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills● Proven leadership and team management skills● Strong project management and organizational skills● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Ability to work independently and as part of a team● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment● Bilingual French/English (strong asset)## Location :Burlington, ON## Company :Cogeco Connexion IncAt Cogeco, we know that different backgrounds, perspectives, and beliefs can bring critical value to our business.
