Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Sales Representative - New Construction (18-month contract) for its hospitality group based in Montreal. The Sales Representative - New Construction, is responsible for driving lead generation and early-stage sales cycles for electronic access control, cloud operating systems, and integrated solutions for hospitality new construction projects .
What You Will Do
- Utilize technology tools to work efficiently while collaborating with other sales teams to identify and facilitate incremental sales opportunities
- Develop sales pipeline, progress opportunities through sales funnel, maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data, and meet/exceed territory sales budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitality management companies, qualify sales leads, and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients
- Attend trade shows and industry meetings, deliver presentations as company representative, and stay current on new products and technological developments
- Participate in sales/marketing strategy development, provide product suggestions based on customer feedback, and communicate effectively across all management levels

- Proven sales ability with cloud and on-premises software solutions, combined with hands-on mechanical skills and value-based selling approach
- Self-starter who delivers exceptional customer experiences as a competitive differentiator while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Research-driven individual who monitors market trends and incorporates voice of customer insights into sales strategy
- Strong ability to tailor sales messages to diverse audiences (IT leaders, security leaders, hotel managers, purchasing managers, locksmiths) and collaborate effectively with territory sales teams
- 10% travel requirements to support territory coverage

APERÇU DU POSTE
dormakaba recherche un Représentant des ventes - Nouvelle construction (contrat de 18 mois) pour son groupe hôtelier basé à Montréal. Le Représentant des ventes - Nouvelle construction est responsable de la génération de prospects et des cycles de vente précoces pour le contrôle d'accès électronique, les systèmes d'exploitation cloud et les solutions intégrées pour les projets de nouvelle construction hôtelière.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
- Utiliser les outils technologiques pour travailler efficacement tout en collaborant avec d'autres équipes de vente pour identifier et faciliter les opportunités de ventes supplémentaires
- Développer le pipeline de ventes, faire progresser les opportunités dans l'entonnoir de vente, maintenir des données CRM Salesforce précises et atteindre/dépasser le budget de ventes du territoire
- Développer et maintenir des relations avec les entreprises de gestion hôtelière, qualifier les prospects de vente et effectuer des démonstrations de produits pour les clients potentiels
- Assister aux salons professionnels et aux réunions de l'industrie, présenter en tant que représentant de l'entreprise et rester à jour sur les nouveaux produits et les développements technologiques
- Participer au développement de stratégies de vente/marketing, fournir des suggestions de produits basées sur les commentaires des clients et communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux de gestion

- Personne autonome qui offre des expériences client exceptionnelles comme différenciateur concurrentiel tout en maintenant l'attention aux détails et la précision
- Individu axé sur la recherche qui surveille les tendances du marché et intègre les insights de la voix du client dans la stratégie de vente
- Forte capacité à adapter les messages de vente à des publics divers (leaders IT, leaders sécurité, directeurs d'hôtel, gestionnaires d'achats, serruriers) et collaborer efficacement avec les équipes de vente territoriales
- Exigences de voyage de 10% pour soutenir la couverture du territoire
