Massage Heights provides the highest level of customer service in a professional, fast-paced work environment. As a team member of Massage Heights, you will get the opportunity to educate our guests and members on the benefits of regular massage therapy

Sales Consultant Job Description:

  • Use high-level Communication Skills combined Massage Education to determine each Guest's personal massage goals, match them with the Massage Package or Membership Option that best suits their needs & secure the sale or enrollment.
  • Once enrolled, promote our Members continued regular massage treatments so that they achieve their Massage Goals:
  • Professional incoming & outgoing phone and computer texting skills to book the schedule
  • Proficient computer skills for accurate scheduling & invoicing
  • Customer service excellence when managing customer concerns or inquiries

Only full-time positions are available at the Signal Hill location. Westhills, SW Calgary

(Part time positions are available at the Northgate location) Marlborough, NE Calgary

Must be available to work:

- evenings (until 9pm) and

- at least one shift every weekend.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
