About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Mechanic (310S, 310T, or Hydraulic Mechanic) to join our team at our primary location on 1545 The Queensway. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, equipment, and hydraulic systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicles, equipment, and hydraulic systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components
• Conduct routine servicing, including oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, and hydraulic system maintenance
• Repair and rebuild hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and motors
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations under Ontario standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repairs and recommendations

Requirements:

• Valid 310S (Automotive Service Technician), 310T (Truck & Coach Technician) License, or Hydraulic Mechanic Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed mechanic or hydraulic mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting and repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Ontario driver's license (DZ license is an asset)
• Familiarity with shop tools, diagnostic equipment, and hydraulic testing tools
