Role Description

We are seeking API Inspectors and NDT Technicians, located in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area or Grande Prairie regions. Responsibilities include performing non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections, interpreting inspection results, and documenting findings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. The role also involves working closely with technical teams to troubleshoot anomalies, maintaining inspection equipment, and delivering accurate reports efficiently. The candidate will be vital in supporting maintenance and turnaround projects through rigorous inspection processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in performing API inspections, quality assessments and NDE.
  • Experience with other Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods an asset.
  • Ability to operate and maintain inspection instruments and tools with a strong understanding of advanced inspection technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for inspection data analysis, automated quality reporting, and ensuring results accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to clients.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., API certifications, CGSB, SNT-TC-1A) and/or formal training in NDT-related disciplines are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in on-site industrial environments while upholding safety and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Prior experience with inspection in Oil & Gas or Power Generation industries is a significant asset.
