Engrity Group a COR and ISO 9001:2015 certified inspection organization, with the facility and resources to provide a complete range of inspection services. Engrity has been providing high-quality inspection services to the entire satisfaction of our clients since 2011.

We are currently looking for In-service Inspector with API 510 for shutdown and routine inspections in Alberta.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct installation inspection of boilers, pressure vessels and piping systems
  • Complete pressure equipment internal and closeout inspection.
  • Conducting internal and external inspection of boilers and pressure vessels
  • Preparing inspection reports for all integrity inspections and submit to chief inspector.
  • Monitoring repairs and alteration on pressure vessels and sign off AB-40.
  • Heat exchanger tube bundle and shell inspection.
  • Witnessing the shell side and tube side hydro test of heat exchangers.
  • Pressure reliving devices inspection on boilers, pressure vessels and piping systems.
  • Coordinating with ABSA for all regulatory inspections
  • Systems walk down before hand over to operations.
  • Review and sign off MDR and all regulatory forms of boiler, pressure vessels and piping systems.

Qualifications

  • API 510
  • ABSA IPV certification (Optional)

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in boiler, pressure vessel and piping inspections.
  • Good comment in report writing.
  • Good computer skills, especially in the use of MS Office.
  • Strong commitment to safety, with CSTS-2020, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, WHIMIS 2015 and Confined space tickets.
  • Understands internal and external inspection Procedures, Tools and Equipment.
  • Excellent English communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in high-pressure deadline driven environment.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle a multitude of tasks

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
