Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a MS Access Developer – (SharePoint / Python/ VBA). The successful candidate will bring their expertise in data analysis, management, and automation to support ongoing project needs, ensuring efficient data integration and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update multiple MS Access databases, including creating and managing queries, forms, and VBA automation.
  • Manage SharePoint lists in conjunction with MS Access files to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Assist with Python scripting to consolidate multiple MS Access databases and Excel files for streamlined data processing.
  • Collaborate with team members to support project deliverables within assigned timelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Contribute to ongoing data management and meta data warehousing efforts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Participate in training sessions and adapt to evolving project needs to hit performance targets.

Desired Skill-Set

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analysis, management, and manipulation.
  • Proven expertise with MS Access, including Forms and VBA automation.
  • Strong experience working with SharePoint lists.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for data consolidation and automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building relational databases from scratch.
  • Proven ability to develop reports and perform advanced data analysis.
  • Past exposure to banking or financial data environments.
  • Experience with analytical tools and reporting frameworks.
