Business Development Manager - Canada

Access BDD
is a global leader in premium mobility solutions, providing reliable, high-quality stairlifts and platform lifts that enable seamless movement in homes and public buildings. We partner with expert mobility and elevator distributors to deliver exceptional service and support across the industry.

We are now seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to support our B2B growth in Canada. If you're passionate about sales, committed to outstanding customer service, and eager to make a real impact in a fast-growing, meaningful market,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth across Canada by identifying opportunities, expanding market share, and strengthening our presence in key regions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, distributors, and customers to support ongoing success.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and support sustainable growth.
  • Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new business partners and distributors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely support, clear communication, and effective issue resolution.
  • Represent Access BDD at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and product range.
  • Collaborate closely with global sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer and partner experiences.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activity to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Level / High School Diploma standard education or equivalent experience
    (essential).
  • BA in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
    (desirable).
  • Experienced in B2B sales
    (essential)
  • Experienced in the accessibility industry
    (desirable)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to generate creative ideas and problem-solving strategies.
  • Results-driven with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen supported by excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, including running reports.

Position Details:

Employment Type:
Full-time, Remote (Ontario, Canada).

Travel:
Frequent travel across Canada required with occasional travel to the US & Europe if reqiured.
