Your Responsibilities
As a Territory Finance Manager For John Deere Financial (JDF) Located In Alberta (we Will Also Consider Candidates Residing In Western Canada) You Will
- Grow the loan and lease volume and share in Western Canada with our Construction and Forestry Dealer.
- Serve as a liaison between the dealer and JDF in resolving issues and developing solutions to business opportunities.
- Be the subject-matter-expert for retail financing of equipment, parts, service, and technology including the delivery of training to dealer personnel.
- Communicate with key JDF stakeholders regarding market conditions, competition, and customer issues to support profitable growth of the business.
What Skills You Need
- Previous Sales, Marketing, Credit related business experience.(3 or more years)
- Demonstrated interpersonal selling, negotiation and conflict resolution skills including the ability to have difficult conversations. (3 or more years)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans and work without supervision. (3 or more years)
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence without authority. (3 or more years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 25% of the time
What Makes You Stand Out
- Marketing/sales experience with financial services.
- Previous field sales and/or product support experience with regular dealer and customer contact
- Understanding of Construction and Forestry finance products and programs
- Construction & Forestry (C&F) industry experience - markets, products, competitors, customers, and/or Market segments - Quarry, Aggregate, Road Building, Site Prep, etc.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Education
- Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or Marketing/Sales discipline.
