Your Responsibilities

As a Territory Finance Manager For John Deere Financial (JDF) Located In Alberta (we Will Also Consider Candidates Residing In Western Canada) You Will

  • Grow the loan and lease volume and share in Western Canada with our Construction and Forestry Dealer.
  • Serve as a liaison between the dealer and JDF in resolving issues and developing solutions to business opportunities.
  • Be the subject-matter-expert for retail financing of equipment, parts, service, and technology including the delivery of training to dealer personnel.
  • Communicate with key JDF stakeholders regarding market conditions, competition, and customer issues to support profitable growth of the business.

What Skills You Need

  • Previous Sales, Marketing, Credit related business experience.(3 or more years)
  • Demonstrated interpersonal selling, negotiation and conflict resolution skills including the ability to have difficult conversations. (3 or more years)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans and work without supervision. (3 or more years)
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence without authority. (3 or more years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 25% of the time

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Marketing/sales experience with financial services.
  • Previous field sales and/or product support experience with regular dealer and customer contact
  • Understanding of Construction and Forestry finance products and programs
  • Construction & Forestry (C&F) industry experience - markets, products, competitors, customers, and/or Market segments - Quarry, Aggregate, Road Building, Site Prep, etc.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Education

  • Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or Marketing/Sales discipline.
