The Territory Manager - On Premise is responsible for the implementation of the territorial sales plan to maximize sales volume and product distribution of the Dandurand Group Spirits Portfolio across the On-Premise channel for the British Columbia region. The Territory Manager is responsible to deliver all quarterly incentives. They are expected to energize all other Territory Managers and instilling a strong Spirits energy to their peers.ResponsibilitiesAggressively grow the market share and presence in licensee accounts by building quality partnerships that fit the Dandurand Group portfolio of spirits brandsFocus on Distribution of New Products and Key focus brandsAnalyze industry data and be able to interpret to build quality sales presentations, with a focus on strong ROIProactively identify and engage in opportunities to grow business, add value and keep our brands top of mindAchieve sales targets and generate sales growth in respective territoryManage business related expenses and providing feedback on spending activities100% compliance in tracking account calls, targets, objectives, distribution and account management in CRM platformForecast volume estimates for account purchases utilizing sales dataOrganize and participate in supplier visits, trade events, marketing blitz programs, and consumer events, all of which may fall outside of normal business hoursMaintain an excellent understanding of our products, the competitive landscape and the customer's businessEducation and experiencesBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or equivalentMinimum two years of experience managing a sales territoryExperience in the alcoholic beverage industry (strong asset)WSET Certification (strong asset)QualificationsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)Knowledge of CRM toolsHighly developed interpersonal skills and dynamic leadership capabilitiesExcellent communication capabilitiesAbility to analyze and interpret dataStrong planning and organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and respect tight deadlinesCompleted training in the wine industry (WSET) is a strong assetAbility to attend evening and weekends eventsOwn a car and a valid driver's licenseTop SkillsAdaptabilityBuilding Value Based RelationshipsBuilding TrustCommunicating EffectivelyInitiating ActionPlanning and OrganizingFocusing on CustomersNegotiation
