We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, is confident on the phone, and can multitask with professionalism and warmth. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in being the frontline face and voice of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls; manage voicemail and client inquiries.

  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office; manage reception area.

  • Coordinate and assign new leads to caseworkers and legal staff.

  • Schedule appointments, track follow-ups, and maintain client communication.

  • Perform general office administration (emails, filing, document management, mail, etc.).

  • Support day-to-day operations and assist the management team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Farsi (spoken and written) – required.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant Canadian work experience (law office or professional setting preferred).

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); experience with CRM or law firm software is an asset.

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.10-$24.28 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Work Location: In person
