Position Overview

The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role requires a
professional, reliable, and organized individual
who can manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and support administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for internal teams.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support coordination of meetings and company events.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.
