Are you quick on your feet? Do you have a passion for customer service and creating a memorable experience for guests? If so, then you might be the next great Arcade Attendant to join our dynamic team. Our Arcade Attendants are entertainment enthusiasts committed to personalized service and a fun/safe gaming environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet all guests with a smile
  • Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times
  • Assist in maintaining presentation and working condition of the arcade games
  • Inform guests about current offering and specials and practice suggestive upselling to elevate the arcade experience
  • Exceed Splitsville's cleanliness standards
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members
  • Communicate with shift leaders and managers
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Guest service oriented
  • Friendly, energetic, positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)
