Arcade Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Arcade Attendant to join our entertainment team. This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences by managing arcade games, assisting visitors, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests of all ages. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Operate and troubleshoot arcade machines and game stations to ensure smooth gameplay
• Assist guests with game instructions, rules, and prize redemption processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, including game stations and surrounding spaces
• Handle cash transactions accurately for game play, tickets, or merchandise purchases
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to venue policies
• Engage with children and families through friendly interaction, fostering a fun atmosphere
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary
• Support food service or hospitality functions as needed during events or busy periods

Experience

• Prior experience working with children is highly desirable
• Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests of all ages
• Proven customer service experience in entertainment, hospitality, or retail settings
• Familiarity with guest services operations, including cash handling and basic food service is a plus
• Ability to remain energetic, approachable, and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience operating arcade games or similar equipment is advantageous but not required
