Student Admissions Caller

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced caller to reach out to students interested in short-term diploma and certificate programs. The role focuses entirely on calling and student conversion — no paperwork involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Call prospective students and explain available short-term courses and admission options.
  • Guide students through the offer letter and enrollment process.
  • Maintain follow-ups with interested leads to close admissions.
  • Meet weekly and monthly admission targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven calling or sales experience (education or immigration background preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Hindi/Punjabi (both mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Attractive Commission based on sales conversions.
