Luxury custom home builder looking to hire a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for the daily on-site construction work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain the project schedule

· Maintain site organization

· Complete on-site tasks

· Manage on-site trades day-to-day tasks

· Review Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical drawings

· Order materials and equipment from suppliers/trades for building production

· Provide status reports or project milestones and schedule adjustments to the Project Manager

· Attend project team meetings as required

Required Knowledge and Skills:

· 5+ years of construction experience

· Experience and knowledge of the construction process

· Ability to read construction drawings and specifications

· Proficient verbal and written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills in communicating in a team environment

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project

· Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code

· WHMIS

· Working at Heights

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
