What you will do
Achieve sales revenue targetsAttract, recruit & select the right/productive advisorsBuild and foster relationships with key advisorsProactively support advisors and advisor firms develop their business through in-depth sales, marketing, and business solutions that focus on their objectivesComplete advisor needs triage – act as a liaison to servicesProvide illustration and quote support for their respective advisors as required/when neededSupport advisors in advanced insurance and wealth concepts in coordination with our StrategistsRepresent and promote FH by attending various sales conferences and industry events, contributing on social media, participate at advisor tablesParticipate in the delivery of educational events and planning as requiredWork with our 24 carrier partners to influence insurance and wealth growthBe a coach/mentor with your aligned Business Development Consultant (BDC)Be an industry and brand ambassadorWhat you will bring
5 years industry experienceDemonstrated sales leadership experienceInsurance and investments sales and basic product knowledge/experienceProven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and OutlookCFP, CLM, CHS, CLU designation(s) is an assetLLQP license requiredCollege Diploma, University degree, or equivalent experienceStrategicAbility to networkResults drivenAbility to negotiate and influenceKnowledge of local market conditions (including competitor activities)Business acumenProactive and resourcefulCommunication skills – oral and writtenAdaptable-
The base salary for this position is between $84,900 - $ 141,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
