Warranty Administrator
to join our Corporate Warranty team.

The
Warranty Administrator
is responsible for administering, processing and authorizing warranty claims to the distributor and reconciling them accordingly. They also provide support to the Service department with warranty administration activities and assist with customer inquiries.

Here's What You'll Deliver

• Prepare and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer and reconcile them accordingly.
• Ensure that proper information, such as technician time, technician notes, and parts are billed out on the work order before processing claims.
• Process warranty claims on a timely basis and review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation is attached.
• Follow up on any outstanding warranty claims to keep receivables current.
• Stay up-to-date on all new technical bulletins and recall circulars.
• Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
• Comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Other duties as required by management.

What do you need to succeed?

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of automotive service experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record
• CDK/Reynods Dealer software experience is an asset.
• Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
• Proven data entry, data editing, and typing skills.
• Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to perform in a changing environment and meet deadlines promptly.
• Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.

• This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings***

Job Type:
Full Time - Permanent

Compensation:
$55,000- $75,000 per year
