Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about digital marketing strategies, e-commerce, and data-driven campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive online engagement. A strong understanding of Google Ads, social media advertising, and analytics tools is essential to succeed in this position.

Duties

  • Supporting content creation for both company website and store newsletters;
  • Taking photographs and videos for each restaurant, foods and drinks, new products and promotion events;
  • Writing posts, creating infographics or designing social media visuals;
  • Managing social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring online reviews about customer inquiries, comments and feedback;
  • Helping with the creation, management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across different media platforms;
  • Supporting the coordination of marketing projects, managing timelines and communicating with team members
  • Assisting with event planning and promotion;
  • Other related duties assigned by Marketing Director.

Experience

  • A college diploma or university degree in graphic design or digital marketing background;
  • Have 1+ years' experience in social medial operation, excellent knowledge of social medial platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
  • Fast-learning with excellent attention to details and willing to take challenge.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
