Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing email campaigns, developing client-facing materials, and managing content across multiple digital channels. You will be savvy with CRM tools and database management, with the ability to keep client records and campaign details organized and up to date. You will collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to review and refine work, helping ensure brand consistency and quality. You are eager to elevate your marketing skills through project ownership, mentoring, and contributing to marketing strategy and process improvement.

This role is based onsite Monday to Friday at our Richmond, BC office. Candidates must be able to commute to our office or able to relocate in order to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, testing, and performance reporting
  • Coordinate and develop personalized marketing materials using tools such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Maintain accurate customer data within CRM systems and support targeted marketing outreach efforts
  • Write, edit, and proof marketing copy for emails, digital assets, website content, and social media posts, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and grammar
  • Update and maintain website content and design using WordPress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, including calendar programs, tradeshows, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly and on schedule
  • Review and provide feedback on marketing materials to ensure brand alignment, quality, and effectiveness
  • Lead marketing projects from concept through execution, serving as a point of accountability
  • Mentor and support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department
  • Analyze campaign performance and contribute insights to inform future strategy and optimization
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability of marketing efforts
  • Partner with leadership to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or related role
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing preferred; equivalent experience or training will be considered
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management; Salesforce experience is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for organizing and reporting on campaign data
  • Hands-on experience creating and scheduling social media content
  • Excellent written English skills, with strong attention to grammar, tone, and clarity
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: The salary range for this role is from $62,000 - $68,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience and skills.
