Walters Landscaping is a family-owned, high-end residential landscape construction company with over 70 years of experience in the GTA. We're hiring an intermediate to senior Landscape Designer who values strong design, accuracy, and real-world construction.

The Role (Quick Breakdown)

  • 60–70% landscape design & 3D rendering
  • AutoCAD or DynaSCAPE required
  • Daily nursery care (30–60 min)
  • Occasional on-site support when design workload is light
  • Occasional G-Class truck use (1–2×/month)

Design quality and attention to detail are the priority.

What You'll Do

  • Create construction-ready landscape plans
  • Produce 3D renderings for client presentations
  • Complete site measurements and mapping
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients
  • Support nursery operations and field crews as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years landscape design experience (intermediate or senior)
  • Strong AutoCAD or DynaSCAPE skills
  • 3D rendering experience
  • Excellent attention to detail (non-negotiable)
  • Valid G-Class license
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, small-team environment

Graphic design experience is a bonus, not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
