- **Position : Landscape Construction Skilled Labourer/Lead Hand**_

Work Hours: 50-60HRS/week (no weekends)

Education & leadership training

Driving abstract required

Hourly Wage: $25-$35/HR based on experience
- **Job Requirements - Basic**_
- Must be punctual
- Must be physically fit, able to lift 50 +lbs
- Ability to work in a team and/or independent environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strict adherence to health and safety
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Knowledge of general construction tools and methods
- **Job Requirements - Deal Breakers**_
- Must have 3 years of previous industry experience
- Must have valid G class or higher drivers license (AR class preferred)
- Must have ability to travel and stay out of town when expected (expenses paid)
- Must have a strength or specialization in at least 1 of the following areas:

- Carpentry
- Masonry
- Stonework, not interlock
- Horticulture
- Water Features
- Equipment Operation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
