As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Horticultural / Landscape Foreman to join our team and help lead our crew in delivering top-notch services.

**Job Summary**:
The Horticultural / Landscape Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of landscaping projects, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will lead a team, providing guidance, training, and support while ensuring that all projects meet or exceed client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, ensuring that all crew members are working safely, efficiently, and effectively
- Oversee and participate in a wide range of landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, mulching, lawn care, hardscaping, and more
- Ensure high-quality standards in all aspects of landscape maintenance and installation, from plant selection to final touches
- Manage project timelines and ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule
- Train and mentor crew members in horticultural best practices, safe equipment use, and company policies
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain and care for landscaping equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition
- Handle project logistics, including managing materials, tools, and resources
- Monitor crew performance and provide feedback to upper management
- Ensure that all safety protocols and environmental practices are followed on job sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during projects

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping with a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of plant species, landscape design principles, horticultural techniques, and turf/lawn management
- Experience with hardscaping and landscape construction is a plus
- Experience operating Landscape Equipment (Loaders, Dozers, Skid Steer, etc..)
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with both clients and team members
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to perform landscaping tasks, including lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in landscape maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Horticultural or landscape-related certification is preferred but not required
- Mandatory to provide References from previous employment
