**Your Role**:
As a valued member of our landscape team, you'll be instrumental in executing hardscape projects from start to finish, including:

- Excavation and grading
- Masonry, paving stone walkways/patios/driveways
- Installation of natural stone and precast retaining walls and steps
- Poolscapes
- Carpentry - Pergolas, decks & fencing
- Softscape and sodding

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of landscape construction experience
- Proficiency with skid steer and mini-excavator operations
- Ability to interpret landscape plans
- Strong team player, open to direction, and excellent communication skills
- Customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional service
- Great time management skills and a strong work ethic
- AR license (beneficial)
- Minimum Class 'G' Driver's License

**Compensation**:
Wages range between $20.00-$28.00/hour, commensurate with experience and skills. Take advantage of bonuses that reward your dedication and drive.
