Overview

Truman is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a strong foundation in graphic design to support the execution of high quality marketing materials across print, digital, and on site touchpoints. This role is ideal for a detail oriented, design driven marketer who understands brand consistency and can translate creative concepts into polished, production ready assets. The position is based full time in person at Truman.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, presentations, social media graphics, signage, and sales centre collateral

Support the execution of marketing campaigns across residential, multifamily, and hospitality projects

Maintain brand standards and visual consistency across all platforms and projects

Collaborate closely with the marketing team, consultants, and external partners on creative deliverables

Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality control

Assist with content updates for websites, email campaigns, and digital platforms

Support photoshoots, video shoots, and campaign rollouts as needed

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design

Minimum of three years of professional experience in a marketing role

Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual storytelling

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Strong understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, and production processes

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently

Experience in real estate, development, or luxury brands is an asset
