Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator based in Calgary, AB. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing initiatives and campaigns. Daily responsibilities include organizing events, supporting sales efforts, managing projects, creating high-quality written content, and coordinating communication strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with various teams to ensure all marketing materials align with the company's vision and goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively convey messages internally and externally
  • Sales skills to support client acquisition and relationship building
  • Excellent Writing skills for creating compelling marketing materials and related content
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms is an asset
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred

  • Strong client communication skills with the ability to track tasks and ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Skilled in Canva for rapid content production.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.**
