As a Product Specialist on our Gas Team, you'll be at the heart of it all: working with our sales team, vendors, and customers to make sure every quote, order, and shipment runs smoothly. Your technical know-how and attention to detail will help us deliver the right products, at the right price, right on time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the process – From preparing accurate quotes to entering orders in our ERP system, you'll ensure every detail is correct.
  • Be the bridge – Work closely with customers, vendors, and our distribution team to keep everyone aligned and deadlines met.
  • Solve problems fast – Follow up on late shipments, resolve discrepancies, and keep projects moving.
  • Stay ahead – Monitor inventory, forecast needs, and keep an eye on industry trends so we're always ready for what's next.
  • Build relationships – Maintain strong partnerships with key vendors and internal teams.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or order management.
  • A college diploma in Business Administration (or related field).
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand product specs.
  • Top-notch organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Confident communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  • A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
