**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
We are seeking a proactive, organized Large Format Finishing Specialist to work with our team. This person will work on the production and finishing of a range of printed goods and materials, as well as the storage and dispatch. The Large Format Finishing Specialist is responsible for updating the production schedule in the warehouse. This position will require you to be driven, self

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with the large format print specialist to evaluate and help prioritize print and finishing jobs to maximize output and product quality
- Execute finishing of jobs as described in the docket
- Participate in all areas of printing and finishing operations as needed (Laminate, use of mounting adhesives, trim and digital cutting etc.)
- Kitting of projects on a docket-by-docket basis with instructions from Production
- Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, count, and sizes
- Proper packaging of completed jobs for shipping
- Minor maintenance include cleaning, replenishing consumables, emptying waste containers
- Report equipment issues to Director of Operations
- Follow all protocols for safe working conditions in the warehouse, regarding machinery, as well as chemicals and materials used
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of warehouse daily/weekly, as well as quarterly cleanup of warehouse floors
- Ability to multi-task and react quickly to sudden changes in direction of projects
- Willingness to be a cross functional employee that can work with multiple teams within the organization to achieve success
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 1 year work experience within print industry or similar
- All around handy person
- Post-Secondary Education
- Team player who is proactive with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
- Able to manage time and production schedules
- Excellent attention to detail and quality controls
- Good reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
- Knowledge of installation an asset
- Knowledge of large format printing an asset
- Proficient knowledge in shipping, receiving, and logistics
- Certification on reach truck an asset
- Must be flexible with work schedule if needed and work overtime when necessary
- Valid G Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Lifting or moving up to 35lbs may be required
- Standing for extended period of time

Pay: $48,750.00-$52,650.00 per year
