Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing client personal information. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
  • Provide administrative support including typing, proofreading, and clerical tasks.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff members.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Previous office experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and filing systems.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer support in a professional manner.
