What You'll Do:

  • Support Clients – Be their go-to service and support representative
  • Drive Renewals – Help clients renew their services, upgrade their devices/plans, and stay connected.
  • Deliver Amazing Service – Build trust and loyalty through clear, friendly communication.
  • Team Up for Success – Collaborate closely with our sales and support teams to solve issues quickly and efficiently.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of customer service, or inside sales (wireless/telecom is a bonus).
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks like a pro.
  • Comfortable learning CRM systems and ticketing systems like Freshdesk.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a love for helping people.
  • Knowledge of TELUS services or the Canadian wireless market? Even better
