Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and quality standards
  • Cook menu items efficiently and consistently, maintaining presentation quality
  • Support food safety and sanitation protocols during all stages of food handling and preparation
  • Assist with plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
  • Stock and organize kitchen supplies, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen safety

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
