Who We Are

EPIC Market is Edmonton's first food hall, located in Station Park on Whyte Ave. Spanning two floors, we feature five global culinary concepts—Italian, French Canadian, Mexican, Asian-Fusion, and Chop House—plus two bars and a Chef's Table. We're creating a space where people come together to eat, drink, and connect.

Who We're Looking For

Do you love food, learning, and being part of something new? We're hiring full-time and part-time Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen team.

You'll prep from-scratch dishes, work the line, and support a fast-paced, team-first kitchen. If you're energetic, reliable, and ready to grow in hospitality, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do

  • Prep and cook in one or more of our five kitchens
  • Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Work service stations and support customer service
  • Assist with inventory, catering, and special events
  • Help keep the food hall clean and running smoothly

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
