Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Prep & Line Cook to join our kitchen team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in clean and consistent execution, and enjoys working as part of a disciplined team.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily prep according to recipes and standards
- Execute line service efficiently during peak hours
- Maintain consistency, speed, and quality of food
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Organize workstation and assist with inventory rotation
- Support and train team members when needed
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent ability to multitask
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good communication skills
- Excellent teamwork mindset
- Strong teaching and mentoring abilities
- Previous kitchen experience preferred (burger or fast-casual experience is an asset)
