Guidance Financial is seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Administrator / Office Manager to support our financial advisory practice and oversee daily office operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, professionalism, and experience in a confidential, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities/ Job description:

  • Manage daily office operations and administration
  • Act as first point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate advisor schedules and client meetings
  • Prepare client documents and correspondence
  • Maintain organized, compliance-ready records
  • Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and office expenses
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and partners

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in office administration or office management
  • Financial services or professional office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills
  • High attention to detail and discretion
